Can I copy an archive VHS, miniDV or Hi8 video cassette to a microSD card?

Yes, it’s an excellent choice. Almost all modern phones, smartphones, and tablets have the capability to insert a microSD memory card. Simply insert it into the appropriate slot, and you’re ready to go! You can use such a card to transfer your old archival video tapes, cassette tapes, vinyl records, or digitized celluloid film tapes. We can transfer video material to MP4 / MPEG-4 files, cassette tapes, and vinyl records to formats like MP3, WAV, or any other format upon the client’s request. For example, a 16 GB microSD card can hold approximately 7 hours of video material from VHS, Hi8, or mini DV tapes, while a 32 GB card can accommodate up to 15 hours.

To play back the material from the microSD card on a TV or computer, you might need an adapter — either from microSD to regular USB or an SD adapter (most laptops have an SD slot). The cost of such an adapter is around 5 PLN.
